I had head work done do to slight warp and my valve clearances are all way low like .001 or less. Does that make sense or is the end compression going to be to high if he took that much down. Im trying to figure if that is even why my clearances are so low.

Are you saying that the head was shaved? If that is the case, it would not affect valve clearance, but could affect valve timing. If there was a over 0.010 shaved off, you might need to degree the cams in, or add an extra cylinder base gasket. As for valve clearance, it is common for the gaps to close up as they wear, or if a valve job has been done. Just get the valve adjusting tool, and change the shims for the proper clearance.
